MOPS

M.O.P.S. Mothers of Preschoolers MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a ministry designed to help nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten. MOPS is a relevant and caring international network, making moms better moms through trusted resources and relationships. MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-childrelationship and are filled with unique needs. At South County Baptist our MOPS ministry provides the spiritual and emotional ministry support to mothers of preschoolers in our community who meet on the third Wednesday of each monthat SCBC from 9:30 a.m. to noon during the months of September through May. Childcare is provided for the preschoolers while the mothers are in their MOPS meeting. In addition,there are special fellowships and activities planned for MOPS during the year.
