is to honor God by developing a church full of missionaries as he understands the greatness of a church is seen not in its seating capacity, but in its sending capability! John and his wife, Jeannie, have two daughters: Amy and Jennifer.

Phil brings more than 13 years of experience with The Boeing Company to our staff. While at Boeing, he acquired extensive experience in Strategy, Market Development, Finance, and Operations. Phil is married to Emily and together they have three sons: Brady, Grant, and Garrett.

MATT MCCLESKEY

Pastor of Worship

Matt joined SCBC in 2021, bringing 25 years of ministry experience with him. Matt leads both worship services and desires to help others worship God in spirit and truth. We're thankful to have Matt, his wife Amanda, and their boys - Noah and Ezra - at SCBC.

Bringing a vast wealth of ministry experience and a passion for reaching the lost for Christ, Joe is an encourager to the SCBC Family as we reach beyond our walls to impact South County and the world with the good news of hope in Jesus Christ.

Alexandra brings many talents and a passion for children's growth in Christ. As the Kid's Ministry Assistant, Alexandra is working closely with Josh to expand this vital ministry of partnering with parents to disciple children.
