Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, celebrating people with special needs.  N2S 2027 will be hosted by churches around the world simultaneously on Friday, February 12, 2027. South County Baptist Church is excited to once again be a part of this worldwide movement that God is using as a catalyst to change how cultures embrace people with disabilities and to rally the church worldwide to honor their local community of people with special needs, ensuring they know they are valued and loved.

Every Night to Shine guest enters this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi. Once inside, guests receive the royal treatment, including hair and makeup stations, shoe shining areas, limousine rides, corsages and boutonnieres, a catered dinner, karaoke, prom favors, a dance floor… all leading up to the moment when each guest is crowned king or queen of the prom.

In 2015, a simple idea to celebrate the Tim Tebow Foundation’s 5th anniversary sparked what is now a worldwide movement celebrating more than 110,000 people with special needs annually. Night to Shine values, honors, and supports honored guests and their families through a prom, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs held simultaneously around the world on the Friday before Valentine’s Day each year.
